Due to COVID-19 and the saftey of our patients and staff, we ask our patients to wait in their vehicles once they have arrived to our parking lot. Please send a text to 914-721-0304 from your cellphone, we will bring you to our treatment rooms, bypassing our waiting room and children’s playroom. We ask adult patients to come alone unless medical assistance is needed. Pediatric patients are to be accompanied by only one parent/guardian in order to observe social distancing guidelines. How do we keep our office safe? We have taken extra precautions to keep everyone safe. We are utilizing THREE methods of air treatments in our office along with the traditional protective gear, sterilization and social distancing protocols. Three technologies that we have recently installed in our office to decrease risks of airborne pathogens. 1) Commerical grade HEPA air filter with UVC light disinfection in the entire office including the air conditioning ducts. 2) High volume HEPA air filter with Bi-ionic Plasma disinfection in each treatment room. 3) Hypochlorous acid water (HClO), which is highly safe for humans and the environment and has an effectiveness against a wide range of bacteria and viruses. We spray & mist (HClO) to disinfect the entire office in addition to our traditional sterilization protocol.
